increase in sales of $211,000 and net income of $163,000 in the last
two years, as shown in the chart above. We have performed similar roles

OPPORTUNITY POSTINGS A partial listing of
restaurant clients includes: LITIGATION AND LENDING INSTITUTION SUPPORT Examples of
litigation and lending institution support engagements include: Preparation of
defendant's expert's report including estimates of hotel room night utilization from a
proposed arena and convention center in Central Pennsylvania. Case was settled in favor of
defendant. Preparation of an
Expert's Report including estimates of cash flow and business value related to alleged
loss of restaurant profits and closing of plaintiff's restaurant due to malfunctioning
ventilation system. The case was settled with significantly reduced award to plaintiff. Preparation of cash
flow damage estimates for plaintiff resulting from business losses caused by salmonella
poisoning in five national franchise restaurants. Plaintiff was awarded damages consistent
with our estimate. Preparation of
expert's report and litigation defense involving alleged business losses in farmer's
market partnership dispute. The case was settled in favor of the defendant, our client. Preparation of
expert's report including potential cash flow estimates from three-unit restaurant chain
on behalf of creditors committee for numerous financial institutions. The settlement
repayment schedule to the creditors was increased significantly as a result of our
expert's report. Preparation of
Expert's Report for defendant mall developer in suit brought by tenant for alleged cash
flow damages resulting from mall vacancies. Following the submission of our report, the
court ruled that the plaintiff suit was not justified. Preparation of
Expert's Report for creditor in suit brought a prospective entertainment complex
developer seeking damages for breach of contract. Plaintiff's damage estimates were based
on potential cash flows resulting from operation of the complex. With assistance from
national concert promoter, case was settled for significantly reduced award. Appraisal and update for creditor of bankrupt independent restaurant for
the purpose of determining bank's disposition strategy. Court ruled in favor of expert's
appraisal value and bank took possession of the asset. A partial listing of
